Ecolab’s Code of Conduct is the foundation of our success. We are committed to upholding the highest legal and ethical standards, regardless of when and where we conduct business. We expect all of our employees to make good decisions on behalf of Ecolab and do their jobs ethically and in compliance with the Code and the laws of the countries where we do business.

We encourage our employees and external stakeholders to raise concerns and report potential violations of our Code or potential infringements of laws and regulations by an Ecolab company or employee while not tolerating retaliation. Reports can be made anonymously and will be investigated confidentially.
